Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed within the Service is the StayIndexed administration (“We”). For questions about the processing of personal data, contact support@stayindexed.top.
2. What data we collect

3. Legal grounds for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent given upon registration through a Google account and acceptance of these Terms; (b) the necessity of performing the contract for the Service; (c) the Provider's legitimate interests in ensuring security and preventing abuse; (d) legal requirements — in particular regarding the storage of payment data for accounting and tax purposes.
4. How we use data
Data is used solely to provide the functionality of the Service: indexing checks, displaying history, calculating the balance and sending service messages to your email. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for profiling outside the Service itself.
5. Who else has access to the data
- Google — for authorization through your account (OAuth); we receive only basic profile data.
- Search data provider (third-party API service) — receives only the URL you added for checking in order to determine its indexing status in Google; your personal data (name, email) is not passed to it.
- Payment provider — processes card data independently; StayIndexed receives only the fact and amount of payment.
- Technical infrastructure (hosting, databases) — stores data on behalf of StayIndexed in the data center of the Service's hosting provider.
If any of the listed providers processes data outside Ukraine, we take reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of the transferred data. Data is not transferred to advertising networks.
6. Storage and protection
Data is stored for as long as your account is active. After the account is deleted, personal data is deleted within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days), except for information that must be retained under accounting or tax requirements (for example, payment records), which is kept for the period established by the laws of Ukraine.
7. Your rights

- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and related data
- Restrict or object to processing in cases provided by law
- Withdraw consent to processing by contacting support
- Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (in the field of personal data protection) or another authorized body
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@stayindexed.top. We respond to such requests within a reasonable time, usually no later than 30 days.
8. Cookies
The Service uses technical cookies necessary for Google sign-in and for keeping the session. StayIndexed does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Minimum age
The Service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data of such persons.
